Reward punch

Introducing brand new functionality for the already existing Punch Pass feature.

Now you can add an extra punch image to your pass templates that shows the user how many punches they need to collect to get the reward for being a loyal customer. Only available for free Punch passes.

We call this image the “Reward punch” image, and after that image is the only one left on the Punch Pass, the user gets the pass scanned, and then the scannable “Reward pass” pops-up as usual. When the user wants to redeem their reward they show the pass to the pass issuer, to be scanned.

You can also get great recurring results from the campaign by making the pass a “Forever Pass” right at the start. This will allow your customer to keep on using the same punch pass, even after they've redeemed the price. The pass automatically resets to a fresh punch pass.

Issuers please note! The pass needs to be issued from the start as a “Forever pass”, this is not available after the pass has been issued.

The Reward Punch is a free addition to Punch passes.

Where to find it?

You can find this setting under Main menu / Pass Template / (Select Template) / Edit Template / Pass images and check Show reward punch, don’t forget to add your image as well on SmartPages.
