Membership System

Now you can store and use your members lists (Up to three clubs for one fee) on SmartPages. 

Instead of handling your member records through multiple differing Excel files, you can get a single platform that handles your members registration, member fees and pass delivery.

You start by uploading your member list to the Membership system on SmartPages using Excel files that include all the necessary data about the member needed to issue a pass, for delivery of the pass to the member and to bill the member for the member fee, if needed.

After this you can use SmartPages for all your member needs, update their data, service their passes, set billing amounts and periods, send bank claims to their bank.

The biggest benefits of using our Membership system and our member fee Billing system together is that you only need to deliver the pass to your member in the beginning, after that their pass will update automatically in their wallet apps according to the payment status! 

For example if the next payment is not paid before the Due date the pass will become invalid in the members wallet, but if the member pays the fee in time the pass will continue to be active and is updated with the newest data.
