Introduction to the new Member Portal from Smart Solutions
Introducing a brand new feature, the Member Portal.
The Member Portal was designed for your members to be as simple as possible in use, so they can without help from you easily service themselves for all their pass needs.
On the Member Portal your members can access their passes, both paid and free.
New members can also sign up for your members clubs on the Portal, and pay the member fee by bank claim.
After the members have paid the bank claim, our system sends them an email with instructions on how to get the pass, together with a link to install the pass to their mobile wallets.
The Member Portal is a paid add-on. Up to date pricing can be found on the Pricing page.

You can find the member portal under Main menu / Memberships / Member Portal on SmartPages.
