Collect membership fees via bank claims

Introducing a brand new feature, Collect membership fees via bank claims. 

Now you can bill your members for their membership fees, using bank claims, from SmartPages. We support all banks in Iceland.

You set your member fee, the payment period, the due date and the final due date, in our system and your claims are sent out automatically, according to the dates.

If your member already has a subscription, and is paying for a new one, their old pass in a mobile wallet will be automatically updated after a confirmed payment. If a member is new to your club, then SmartPages sends them an email with a link to their new pass.

Collecting membership fees via bank claims is a paid Add-on. The pricing can be found on the Pricing page under Pricing for add-ons.

You can find this feature and its setup under Main Menu / Memberships / Billing & payments on SmartPages.

Note: If you prefer, you can still upload a payment list to SmartPages manually if you have signed up for our Member Subscription system.
